Sea Blind: The Price of Shipping Our Stuff - 90% of everything we buy comes to us via ship. Globalization and modern shipping has defined our age and and yet we are blind to this industry. Container shipping is cheap and uses the dirtiest fuel on the planet. Because of Arctic melt, vessels will have access to a shortcut across the top of the world.

This session includes a Q&A with Sea Blind filmmaker Sarah Robertson.

My Focus has been on the Arctic Ocean and environment and lately on describing the science and political policies that effect Arctic systems. | | I come to the festival with my film, Sea Blind, the Price of Shipping Our Stuff to tell the story of northern hemispheric shipping, it's effect on Arctic Ice and what can be done about it.
